Experienced in community engagement, fundraising, event planning and execution, operations, sales, project and account management. Adrienne joined the American Cancer Society in 2018 to fulfill her passion to make a difference and assist in the fight against cancer. She cultivates relationships with members of the community, business leaders, and volunteers to provide engagement opportunities through event planning, execution, participation, and volunteerism. In her role at Free Agents Marketing, Adrienne was responsible for strategic planning, project oversight and client management. Prior to joining Free Agents Marketing, Adrienne was a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of Virtus Marketing, a direct sales and marketing agency. Virtus Marketing was created through her relationship with previous employer, AOL, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. The company grew to over 100 employees with annual sales that eclipsed $7,000,000 in the first full year of operation. Adrienne began her marketing career with Hancock Information Group where she partnered with Fortune 500 companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, Fidelity, Sun Microsystems, SAS and SAP to develop and manage marketing strategies for direct sales. During her tenure with Hancock Information Group, Adrienne became the Client Service Manager for AOL. Under her leadership this program grew from 25 marketing agents to over 300 and took sales revenue from $11k to over $500k monthly. This accomplishment ultimately led her to the Channel Manager role at AOL where she was responsible for growing and managing over $25 million in annual revenue for AOL’s Internet Yellow Pages.
