Frontline Manager
CurrentI provide management and oversight to the insurance communication specialists in the Consumer Services Division of the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI). My role includes developing comprehensive training materials and collaborating with team members to implement and facilitate the training process for both new hires and current employees within the section. I focus on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring that consumer access to the section and division is optimized through improved training methods and processes.Additionally, I lead the implementation of a case management model, guaranteeing timely, accurate and effective responses to consumer inquiries. I maintain a high level of expertise in the insurance lines handled within the Life and Health Section as well as Property and Casualty, allowing me to support my team's growth and development while ensuring we consistently meet consumer needs.
