Current♦ Lead HRBP on-site with two teammates, serving an employee population of 500+ on-site in a mostly union environment.♦ Promote and enable organizational changes, such as process improvements, restructuring, and culture initiatives, to align people operations with the organizational mission of supporting the successful delivery of safe, operational aircraft to the U.S. Navy♦ Managed full cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of 270+ new hires in less than three years♦ Hired 84 new full-time employees to staff a Program within six weeks: strategically posted jobs first internally, resulting in the promotion of 30+ employees, then externally, leading the team in screening 150+ applicants; achieved a 99.5% retention rate in a low-turnover environment (<1%)♦ Collaborate with internal teams and site managers to create, implement, and modify organizational policies and HR systems and processes that support productivity, safety, and compliance while promoting engagement and a positive workplace culture♦ Enhance team workflows and employee job satisfaction by coordinating communication between managers and employees; ensure prompt, thorough resolution of open concerns♦ Guide and coach senior leaders on appropriate employee corrective actions, managing 170+ cases to date, to ensure staff is productive and positioned to deliver safe, functional aircraft in compliance with contract ♦ Investigate and respond to complaints of harassment, discrimination, ethics concerns, employee grievances, union grievances, and other sensitive issues in collaboration with legal counsel; prepared 50+ position statements for EEOC; effectively work with the union to create a harmonious, safe workplace
