MissionABAC (The Applied Behavior Analysis Center) is an online learning center that offers quality continuing education and training for professionals, employers, and family members across the world interested in using evidence-based practices to help others.CEO/COO/Director of Continuing Education Responsibilities:Carry out day-to-day operations necessary for maintenance and growth of businessOversee our continuing education program working closely with the continuing education program coordinator.Oversee and manage all programs related to the continued expansion and growth of ABAC.Oversee and manage all networking, advertising and marketing campaigns.Organize all live workshops, working directly with speakers and our continuing education coordinator to make sure that events comply with the rules and regulations of the ACE provider standards.Ensure ADA compliance, handle grievances. and attend to all employee and client related issues.Manage website, class management and social media platforms.Work with a bookkeeper and accountant to maintain the sound financial health of the company.Work with developers to ensure that the ABAC website and learning management system work well and do what they are supposed to.Develop strong relationships with field experts for the purpose of the development of a rotating live-webinar schedule emphasizing our commitment to evidence-based practices for improving the quality of those life-altering diagnoses including developmental disabilities, HIV, dementia, and anxiety.Promoting the ABAC mission and value statement to the public.Train team members.Analyze event and evaluation data to inform future event planning.
