Responsible for managing a sales territory with over 350 retail accounts and 12 direct accounts including all Sam's Clubs, Costco's and five independent distributors over a three-county Metro Atlanta territory. Duties included category management and sales development, business plans to increase product volume and share through retail call coverage, program implementation, promotional management and trading area evaluation. Effectively managed assigned call coverage objectives, meeting distribution goals, new product launches, one-on-one adult product sampling, presenting product vending and point of sale solutions, and providing inventory management recommendations.

Responsible for handling all aspects of customer service for large, multi-divisional distributor to convenience store accounts. Duties included, but were not limited to, maintaining retails; coordinating select distribution/promotional force outs to stores, trouble shooting and daily interaction with both internal and external customers at both the corporate and retail store levels.

Responsible for filing and reconciling third-part assignment insurance claims. Worked closely with customers and vendors to ensure accurate and prompt reimbursements.
