I am a driven female marketer, with a passion for promoting diversity within the workplace. It was through my experience working abroad as an IT Recruitment Consultant in Japan where I discovered my dedication for building long-term professional relationships and advocating for women in leadership. As I pivoted my career to digital advertising, I uncovered my passion for marketing and telling brand stories in an ethical and meaningful way. Throughout my career, I have developed my skills within client services, project management, media planning and strategy, as well as leading small teams. I am an MBA graduate of Questrom School of Business at Boston University, concentrating in Marketing and Leadership & Org Transformation. From these experiences, I enjoy roles where I can reach consumers through innovation, offer strategic decisions via data-driven insights, and work in cross-functional teams. I excel in collaborative leading, adapting to change, and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I aspire to lead and mentor a group of individuals in a workspace that fosters communities of motivated, and diverse, individuals such as myself. In my spare time, I enjoy trying out new workouts, listening to business and pop culture podcasts during long walks, tasting the local food scene and sharing travel stories.
