About Adrienne Gil

I love puzzles! The more complex, the better. Puzzles are fascinating because they reveal a person’s ability to solve problems. When solving a puzzle, I realize I have a unique opportunity and lens to see how the human brain functions. It challenges either the individual working on a puzzle to be patient, learn when to step away and return with a fresh perspective. When working as a team, it teaches patience, teamwork, and the ability to focus on each other’s strengths. When I work with my clients, who are typically mission driven organizations, I can see them through that unique lens.I believe I’m different because I take the time to dig deeper and understand how an organizations’ operations drive profitability and growth. I deliver exceptional customer service and maximize the human potential of all the team members involved. My strength is in systems thinking, project management, new program development, continuous improvement, strategy, and execution. I build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. My style is not to simply deliver a report, which will eventually gather dust, but to stick with you to ensure your work is successful and sustainable. This is where my project management, change management, and continuous improvement tools (Lean Management, Six Sigma) come in. I’ll keep you and your team on task and on time. My goal is for you and your team to better understand how your business operates and how to achieve success. The critical component is to have clarity around your vision, goals, and mission. Once that is accomplished, then it’s important to understand your current situation and challenges, and where it is you need to go to reach your goals.I can help your business drive profitability and growth.

    Program Development

Developing new programs is a lot of fun! I have had the experience of creating new programs at the local, state, and national levels. This takes a lot of work, collaboration with stakeholders, internal policies, procedures, data analysis and change management. The goal is to ensure the program is being developed for the right reasons, at the right time and to ensure you are impacting the right people, with limited risk or unintended consequences. The key ingredients to building a new program are stakeholder input (internal and external), this can be done through information interviews, surveys and “Going to the Gemba” to see the work happening. It is also critical to understand the data. Review existing data to see trends, gaps, and opportunities. You will need a clear baseline, to measure the programs success. Setting clear metrics and expectations among all levels of staff, with clear and consistent communication.
