As a member of the Spartan and Tough Mudder registration team I have planned and facilitated registration for 50+ events a year in the US and with our global partners. I have ensured success in all aspects of registration; including creation of online registration, building of event pages, pre-race preparation, event staffing, onsite facilitation, and post event reconciliation. • Create and manage US, UK, and Canada Spartan Obstacle Course Races, Tough Mudder Events, Spartan Trail Races and DEKA events through multiple registration platforms (TicketSocket, Chronotrack, Active)• Support the Registration departments for global Spartan Race partners (Europe, South Africa, Australia, Mexico)• Manage onsite registration team with set up and event execution for events ranging in 2,000-10,000 people a day• Manage 35+ registration volunteers on event days• Build event webpages• Recruit, interview, hire, and train onsite registration staff for US Spartan Race and Tough Mudder events• Create and manage all pre and post event registration materials (start times, athlete guides, ordering/tracking inventory, revenue reports, team management)• Assist procurement with forecasting and ordering of registration supplies• Manage event pricing and promotional discount codes• Create and analyze registration reports
