Executive Search Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist • Responsible for schedule coordination for Executive level candidates coming to any of Tenet's 63 facilities and/or the home office in Dallas, TX. To include interview scheduling, meeting agendas, travel coordination (flights, hotels, rental cars, car services), and candidate expense processing.• Conducted onboarding for all new Executive hires to include background and drug screens, set up in HRIS/HRMS system, created requests for systems/IT access and prepared local team for arrival of new employee. Revolving list of 15-20 people in process at any time in the Red Carpet portal.• Provided New Hire Orientation to local new hires in Tenet office.• Provided top notch onboarding/new employee experience by being a contact point person for all new hires and / or transferring Tenet/Conifer/USPI employees. This also included follow up on background items, professional license and I9 requirements. • Exceptional customer service provided to all recruiters, hospitals, hiring managers and candidates.• Created and posted all requisitions being worked on by Executive Search Directors in our ATS (Taleo) and other specialized career sites. Managed any updates, re-posting, removal of postings once a position was filled.• Tracked and reported metrics to Senior Leadership on a quarterly basis, to include time to fill, internal promotion or transfers and websites where we had the most successful candidates apply.

Manage scheduling process for all candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring partners, including distribution of interview schedules, status updates, gathering candidate assessments and other pertinent information regarding candidate interviews. • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, verify and process invoices and candidate expenses.• Prepare offer letter / new hire e-offer packets for candidates to include job specific documents and email to candidates. • Initiate/review background investigations, schedule behavioral interviews and communicate with the firm’s legal department determining impact of non-compete/non-solicitation agreements relating to partner candidates. • Highly proficient with recruiting database (Taleo) and fully utilize, update and maintain requisition and candidate profiles in the system for all activities. • Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion. • Manage background investigation process for client engagements, contractors and new employees coming in as a result of an acquisition.
