I currently lead Water for Good’s strategy development, program evaluation, planning, and growth management. I developed our cornerstone 2017-2020 operational strategy to achieve universal basic water access, and reliable, ongoing maintenance services at the scale of one prefecture in the Central African Republic (estimated population of over 350,000 people). This strategy aims to demonstrate the efficacy of prefecture-level investment and planning, and will serve as a model that can be adapted and scaled to achieve universal access and services.

I developed organization-wide fundraising targets in concert with CEO and COO. I raised a $1 million annual fund, and $1-1.5 million in annual program funding and restricted grants.

I supported development and fundraising operations. I managed annual fund plans and implementation.

Participated as one of 650 young adult delegates in a “civic innovation lab” focused on convening young adults to inform public policy, and increasing the visibility and influence of the greater Boston social sector.

Built systems for growth in a new co-working space for social entrepreneurs, located in downtown Boston. Impact Hub Boston is the local affiliate of the global Impact Hub network. Collaborated on a team of 10–20 hosts to create management systems, improve the physical space, and facilitate events on topics of relevance for social entrepreneurs. Membership increased from roughly 25 residential members in 2014 to over 125 residential members and over 70 part-time members in 2016.
