Current• Executes audience segmentation data pulls to increase fan engagement, fulfilling audience requests for email, social, and CRM campaigns for over 12 racetracks and over 70 races per season • Utilizes SQL in the Snowflake data warehouse to locate customer data for audience requests and to conduct quality assurance during data migration • Creates data collection, waitlist, and sweepstakes forms to invite customers to opt into NASCAR announcements and offers • Contributes to building Tableau dashboards visualizing customer and fan insights for marketing strategy decision-making
