Continual process improvement and risk mitigation in rate setting and reporting, specifically as new regulation is passed and states adopt new policies. Designed, wrote and implemented Agreed Upon Procedures (AUPs) for the federal CMS rate setting NADAC contract. Final review of AUPs for CMS contract. Design and review of fiscal impact projections surrounding modeled changes in pharmacy reimbursement methodologies including AAC, NADAC, Federal Upper Limits (FUL), published pricing (eg: WAC) and 340B.
