Led the operational demands of centralized learning and development programs to ensure staff members have the skills, mindsets and practice to be effective and thrive in their roles. Specifically, steered the logistics and execution of New Hire Orientations and leadership programs, supported strategy and design, managed internal and external relationships, data analysis, internal marketing and communications.

Supported the planning and execution of high-impact professional development experiences on the Human Assets team. Managed vendors, registration process and budgets of programs totaling over $500K and developed tools and resources for new staff member onboarding.

Built and executed a high school placement program at a K-8 elementary school preparing and placing middle school students into top-performing high schools across the city. Cultivated relationships with high school leadership and scholarship organizations. Partnered with teachers, students and families to increase understanding of educational options, admissions processes and to build excitement for the newly integrated high school placement curriculum.

Recruited and admitted talented students for the College Preparatory Schools Program, led the planning of admissions and student events including, interview and testing days across the Northeast. Provided family and student support during admissions processes and matriculation into member schools.

Managed office operations including supporting consultants with bookkeeping and accounting documentation, identifying technical and software needs, managing petty cash and coordinating staff and board meetings. Researched mission-aligned funding opportunities and grants and maintained the donor database.
