During the 14-years she dedicated to a finance career working directly with clients, she developed a passion for recognizing areas to improve client experiences; this ultimately led Adrienne to the world of continuous process improvement and project management. A lifetime of traumatic events, including a difficult childhood, domestic abuse, autoimmune conditions, and a PTSD diagnosis, eventually brought Adrienne to her knees. Navigating the challenging path through these adversities ultimately led her to acknowledging her own strength. In 2018, she embarked upon a quest to create a program which provides actionable help for women on their journey to finding joy after abuse. Adrienne’s program brings the unique combination of strategic planning paired with trauma recovery tools into the lives of trauma survivors. This unparalleled, game-changing process allows humans to create incredible comebacks as they learn to wield the power they hold within, not in spite of, but BECAUSE of life’s adversities.In 2021, Adrienne added Somatic Experiencing and addiction recovery as specialties, ensuring her reach includes men and women on every step of the often long and winding road towards healing. Adrienne has dedicated her life to spreading awareness of Trauma Informed practices to the world. She is a Keynote and TEDx speaker and works with Trauma-Informed professionals around the world.
