Dr. Semidey reviews the alignment between goals and the organizational capacity, organizational development programs to implement process improvements, and team development initiatives. For PIRE’s Health Disparities efforts, Dr. Semidey is responsible for communicating PIRE’s work related to health disparities issues and culturally sensitive analyses of ATOD issues to the Federal and state level clients. In addition, she is responsible for developing the health disparities (HD) program for the Institute.
