Help achieving out of court settlement by facilitating negotiation between disputing parties (Individual and corporate level mediations).

Develop territory specific strategic account plans ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical standards. Evaluate regulatory environment, prepare, review and submit regulatory submissions, advise on impact of regulations, devise strategies for compliance and liaise with regulatory bodies. Audit and evaluate current policies, procedures and documentation for compliance with regulations. Review study protocols to assess quality. Liaise with key stakeholders (Hospitals and private practices). Provide regulatory input for Product Lifecycle Management. Establish Supplier Development Processes.

Lead, plan and execute event logistics. Ensure that events employ industry-standard best practices and are conducted in a high quality, safe and cost-effective manner. Develop and manage budgeting and oversee all financial aspects of the events.
