I'm in charge of the CSR department called Natura Ora (Living Nature in Tahitian) at the St. Regis Bora Bora, focusing on five fundamental pillars:- Preserving the environment: Initiatives to reduce our ecological footprint and promote sustainable practices.- Consume responsibly: Encouraging responsible and ethical consumption choices within our establishment.- Get involved with local associations: Establish meaningful partnerships with local organizations to make a positive impact in our community.- Preserve the richness of local culture: Value and protect the rich cultural heritage of our region.- Take care of people: Implement initiatives focused on the well-being of our team and our customers.It's a huge challenge, for an isolated island in the middle of the Pacific that in no way attenuates our commitment to sustainable development.

Terre d'Oasis Djerba is a self-sufficient and resilient eco-village that operates in harmony with nature in respect of future generations.In this context, my missions are to : - Develop the communication and strategy of Terre d'Oasis Djerba; - Raise awareness of the population to eco-citizen gestures and the renaturation of oases in arid areas (planting of shrubs, eco-construction, etc.); - Helping to prepare school workcamps and discovery classes around biodiversity, sports and inclusion; - Raising environmental awareness among groups of young people in vulnerable situations;- Support the local community in the development of alternative and sustainable solutions.

- Design, organisation and facilitation of awareness-raising workshops- Communication on social networks (graphic design / video editing etc.)Example of project: raising awareness of a hundred young people to environmental protection during the Book Fair in the city of Tunis in 2022.

QualityPreparation, follow-up, implementation and feedback of the internal audit and then the ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO 37001 certification renewal audit. In this capacity, I ensure the preparation of process reviews with the pilots and their analyses (risk, efficiency, action plan, etc.). As a true relay to the pilots before, during and after the audit, I analyse the reports of previous audits to rework on the risks of non-conformities, consolidate opportunities and maintain our strong points.CSRFollow-up of specific actions within the framework of the CSR approach of the Centre West region in connection with our business project. For example: reduction of single-use plastic, eco-driving, sustainable mobility plan. I also ensure that this dimension is integrated into all our core business processes and supports.In the two areas of quality and CSR, I also take part in the events organised by GRDF head office to keep abreast of the latest news on the subject and in GRDF's regions.

Within the Quality Department, I participate in the deployment of the QMS and the achievement of quality objectives.- I participate in the updating and drafting of the quality policy and the Group quality manual;- Preparation and presentation of quality reviews and processes ;- Creation and updating of documents.
