Ichikoh Industries Thailand was set up in 2012 and achieved a turnover of > 55 M $ by FY2015 and has > 500 employees.*Mission- Team Management and work organization on a day to day basis for Controlling Department (Industrial Controller & R&D/Sales Controller).- Control and analysis vs. Budget of all P&L lines- Ensure the total quality and accuracy of the Financial Reporting Key Figures (RM, PREV, Budget & Mid-Term Plan).- Preparation of Budget Cash, Balance Sheet and P&L (twice per year) and 5 years Business plan (once per year).*Key achievements- Responsible of designing, developing and improving the financial controlling department to be in line with Valeo/Ichikoh standards including the project & industrial controlling functions (recruitment and training of local staff).- Ichikoh benchmark in Financial Controlling : Month-end result closed in 3 days vs. 7 in other plants.- Successful implementation of SAP at Ichikoh Thailand in 2013 and successful upgrade from Comp@ss V2 to V4 in 2015.- The set-up from scratch of the cost making process in order to answer RFQ.- Put under control the overheads spending process.- Excellent knowledge of SAP - CO module.

*ContextVIE mission at Valeo factory based in Rayong, Thailand.*Mission- Daily cycle counting : put in place the daily stock monitoring for both plants in Rayong, identifications of the variances followed by the tackling of the root causes. Supervised a team of 2 counters and 1 analyst.
