Current• Establish positive and supportive relationships with clients and families.• Identify and develop effective working relationships and links with other community service providers. • Conducted comprehensive functional assessments to identify client needs and determine interventions and services that meet clients unique needs and preferences. • Advocate for the interests of individuals within the mental health, criminal justice and social service systems. • CMHA representative on mental health issues on external committees. • Demonstrate strong belief in client-oriented practice. • Demonstrate non-judgmental attitude towards people who choose alternative lifestyles. • Act appropriately in crisis situations, including suicide interventions. • Maintain client files as per program requirements, demonstrated appropriate practices such as time management, confidentiality and the ability to work safely without onsite supervision. • Facilitate meetings or conferences with partners and community organizations.
