The Association cantonale Neuchâteloise des Entreprises de Plâtrerie-Peinture (ANEPP) is a patronal association of the construction field. My work in it consisted to:-Creation ex nihilo of a presentation brochure of the ANEPP;-Improvement and optimisation of existing Word and Excel files;-Respond to the claims of the members during the vacancy period of the patronal secretary;-Filing and archiving.

This internship gives me the opportunity to discover the complexity of governance within a SME that is active both in an national and international level.During these nine months, I have notably:-Drew up a strategic diagnostic on the inner working of the enterprise and formulated some suggestions to overcome the identified weaknesses;-Helped in the commercial development of the enterprise on new markets (i.d. markets selection, development of the penetration strategy, taking contact with the key players, managing the creation of the presentation documents, meeting attendance, analyse of the client needs, customised solution proposition);-Developed new communication strategies for the enterprise and for its clients;-Overseen the interactive media designer team in their creation process (e.g. booklets, videos) to fit the client needs;-Been a active member of the recruitment team, notably by searching potential candidates, and by being present during the job interviews.#BusinessDevelopment #ProjectManagement #TradeNegotiation #TeamManagement

In charge of the international development (in France) of the enterprise, my principal tasks was to:-Strategic and financial analyses related to the various export opportunities;-Analyse and listing of the export procedures (e.g. custom procedures, VAT registration, environmental taxation registration);-Development of an intellectual assets property strategy at an international level.#Internationalisation #France #ProjectManagement

Mandates carried out with enterprises active in various fields (e.g. watch industry, automation, public health, machine, electrical engineering and metals industry) and supervised by the teaching staff. Topics covered were notably:-International abilities evaluation;-Audit of the intellectual property assets strategy;-Analyse of the production processes;-Internal and/or external strategic analyses;-Communication strategies creation.

-Supervison of a groupe of around ten students;-Active participation in the camp life and in the preparation of recreative activities for the students.
