With over 10 years of experience in higher education and academic/career counseling, I am passionate about finding and developing the best talent for Taylor Counseling Group, a leading organization that provides mental health services to diverse communities. As the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, I oversee the entire recruitment and retention process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and assessments, to seeking training and development programs for the employees. I also collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to align our talent strategy with our mission, vision, and values. Some of my achievements include expanding our outreach and partnership network, increasing our staff diversity and inclusion, and managing our marketing initiatives. I have a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and I have acquired multiple certifications in mental health, project management, and suicide prevention. I am skilled in higher education, recruiting, leadership, and communication, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my skills.
