With over 15 years in executive HR roles across healthcare, retail, and luxury, I’m dedicated to leading teams and developing strategies that boost employee engagement and organizational performance.As the Associate VP of HR, I lead day-day HR operations for over 8,000 employees overseeing HR Business Partners, labor relations, and people operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. I am passionate about HR for HR, executive compensation/total rewards, and DEI ensuring our leaders are motivated and recognized. We can’t pour from an empty cup! I’m also an active board member, published author and executive coach, sharing my knowledge and love of HR transformation. I’ve won several awards for HR leadership and results, highlighting my commitment to excellence and innovation.My education, including an Ed.S in Educational Leadership and Data Analytics, supports my focus on continuous learning and data-driven HR practices.
