About Adriana Rodriguez

My mission is to fight passionately and humbly for equitable access to education and employment opportunities for older youth and young adults. As an experienced educator with a background in program design and data management. I currently serve as COO & Vice President, Institutional Programs at Excelencia in Education. My prior service and impact come from my 17 years at the Maya Angelou Schools. Last serving as their Managing Director of Performance and Accountability, I directed efforts related to school accountability and policy, data infrastructure, and continuous improvement practices to help the organization achieve its goals.
