Part of the PT ASTRA OTOPARTS Tbk Finance & Accounting Trainee Batch 5 agenda is referred to as On-the-Job Training (OJT 2). During the OJT 2 process, I served as the Inventory Controller at PT AT Indonesia and was assigned several tasks also project (attached on Project Section as well) such as:- Collect products data from related department- Compare data from ATISystem and Finished Goods Portal- Mapping inhouse material flow process- Mapping production process (ACE/DISA, Machining, & Packing)- Inventory monthly Cycle-Count- Develop a code consisting of a mix letters and numbers where each code can classify product identity and its production process (known as Product ID, simplify the process for tracking and categorizing purposes) in collaboration with Accounting Department, Sales Department, and IT Department- Develop a method that can decreasing discrepancies Cycle-Count results (known as Theoretical Movement) in collaboration with Accounting Department, IT Department, and PPC Department- Develop a button that can shortening the process of WIP & FG recording (in purpose to automating repetitive tasks to save time and boost overall efficiency)

During the OJT 1 process, I served as the Finance Officer at PT AT Indonesia and was assigned several tasks also project (attached on Project Section as well) such as:- Inventory monthly Cycle-Count- Check Payment on each invoice- Create a section on ATI's portal for Advance Money (to improve the efficiency of the Advance Money process) in collaboration with the IT Department- Create a section on ATI's portal for Reimbursement (to improve the efficiency of the Reimbursement process) in collaboration with the IT Department- Develop an Excel worksheet for the Cashflow Forecasting process using Macro Buttons (aimed at accelerating the completion process)- Develop an Excel worksheet for generating receipt that consolidates amounts from multiple invoices of each vendor working with the company using Macro Buttons (aimed at improving data accuracy, accelerating the completion process, and facilitating the accountant's work)

- Assisted senior auditor to perform Cash Opname and Asset Opname at manufacturing company- Assisted senior auditor to document audit evidence on Asset Opname activities at manufacturing company- Confirm accounts receivable of manufacturing company to third parties to prove the accuracy of the transaction balance- Assisted senior auditor to input tax amount to Microsoft Excel working paper- Performed data sampling to determine balances that are considered material so as to shorten the audit process- Performed vouching and tracing to prove the occurrence and completeness of transactions- Assisted Senior Auditor in preparing simple financial statements for UMKM- Assisted Senior Auditor to check journals and balances on financial statements with Footing & Cross-Footing techniques- Performed work using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel by applying several formulas and other shortcut in order to accelerate task completion
