My role focuses on the Resilience App, a digital toolkit developed by The Resilience Institute to measure individual and group resilience levels. As the first point of contact for key stakeholders, I am responsible for customer success, building a comprehensive knowledge hub, and collaborating with the development team on product testing, CMS management, and shaping the user experience.Within the organization, I advocate for the efficient use of digital tools by providing training and ongoing support to our fully remote team. My day-to-day involves identifying and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and foster seamless collaboration.

Token was a startup RFID software for events, based in Sydney Australia.During my time here, I wore many hats and enjoyed every minute of it. My primary responsibility was supporting the Sales Team by managing CRM, qualifying leads, facilitating outreach, preparing quotes and proposals, drafting contracts, and executing SLAs.Other Functions:- Client success, full cycle technical support (from setup, event day, to closing reports)- Project implementation, execution of the agreement, liaising with vendors, and other stakeholders- Finance & Backoffice support, generating invoices and billing reports
