Job Description:1. Responsible for any production activities in Refinery andFractionation Plant for the quality assurance of production.2. Maintain and preserve all equipments in Refinery andFractionation Plant.3. Responsible for manufacturing resource scheduling (material,manpower, utilities, plant capability)4. Control and regulate the chemical usage such as Bleachingearth, phosphoric acid and citric acid according to the necessity5. Plans to meet increases in capacity indicated by long term salesforecasts6. Conduct to propose capital CAPEX and OPEX.7. Prepare daily works instruction according to employer instruction8. Create a job order for daily maintenance and schedulemaintenance when plant shut down that known by the employer9. Giving oral or written warning to subordinates if necessary10. Guiding and improving working knowledge and discipline ofsubordinates11. Prepare and implement monthly meeting12. Maintain the cleanliness of the plant (including earlymanagement of process waste)13. Co-operates with the EHFS Team in planning andimplementation of safety/environmental and quality assuranceprograms Co-operates with Engineering Department in thedelivery of plant reliability14. Reporting trouble that relating to Food Safety ManagementSystem (if any) to the Quality Management Head.15. Implement others duty that relating to job necessity as has beeninstructed by employer.
