I've always had many interests and have had a desire to try everything, a natural curiosity :) I started my career development in the field of Corporate Marketing, deciding to start a PhD and develop as an academic lecturer. Teaching at university and working with students has always been fulfilling for me. One day, I was invited to a training session of a very large IT company, which focused on recruitment and selection and honestly, I found it terribly interesting. However, the IT sector has also always attracted me and I started as a recruiter by completing several specialisations related to recruitment and HR for IT companies. This is how my interest in technology was born. I started learning different technologies, learned to code in several languages, met many people in the sector, helped many people find their way.During my work, many people have asked me "how can I learn to code", "where do I start", "where do I get trained", "which language do I start with", "most training is online, is that effective".One day, on a trip to the USA, the idea of Advance Academy was born. My partner and I decided to create something different, something that doesn't exist in our city - a place where you can learn how to code, a place where you can communicate with a teacher with real experience in the sector, a place where you can make a lot of new contacts. We started with one room, and today Advance Academy is the biggest academy in Eastern Bulgaria, we train both children and adults. We've made many friendships, ignited many children's interest in IT and contributed to many success stories.I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
