Ms. Lewis offs art consulting services focused on art acquisition, placement, framing and building a collection.

(Formerly TMA Resources) Managed all internal corporate business functions for this software development and service organization including human resources, administration, risk management, and facilities. Also responsible for corporate communication, change management, policy development and infrastructure improvement. Member of the company’s Management Committee and Executive Planning Group.TMA Resources – Selected Accomplishments Managed the transition of all outsources business functions to internal management: Managed the successful implementation of a new corporate CRM system that included project accounting and time and expense management.Established a PMO officeImplemented changes in corporate vendors and benefit programs resulting in cost savings and efficiencies. Managed the revision and rollout of a new customer care website and reduced the outstanding backlog of customer issues from 1000 to 399 in three months.Relocated the corporate offices including space identification, lease review and negotiation, and execution of the actual move.

Reporting directly to the office of the President was responsible for evaluation and redesigning all human resources operations. Managed a staff of six professionals. Provided advice and counsel on a wide range of organizational and business issues. Served as the staff manager for the Labor and Human Resources Policy committee. (Started career as a Recruiter, becoming Employment Manager, ATA Litigation Center, Director of Member Services and VP of HR.) ATA – Selected Accomplishments VP, Human Resources:Implemented or updated organizational policies, procedures and practices. Managed the re-design of the organization’s 45 year old pension plan and introduced a 401(k) program.Designed and managed a 10% corporate reduction in force that met ATA's financial goals.Assisted with the complete re-alignment of ATA's organizational structure, systems, and processes based on member-directed strategic objectives. Served as an internal "team leader" in the strategic planning process. Director, ATA Litigation CenterAssisted in increasing membership in the Litigation Center by over 300% and membership revenue by over 67%.Helped meet annual membership/fundraising budget of over $2 million dollars.Developed the Litigation Center's first product in 1994 and subsequent products in 1995, 1996, and 1997.Managed the Center's first Conference on Highway Accident Litigation and increased attendance and revenue of other meetings.
