𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:I firstly started at Rocket as a Chef due to my enjoyment for cooking and food. Soon after having joined I was capable of taking decisions and gained enough confidende to be autonomous in my role.As I performed well and showed the ability to 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁, on my own initiative my immediate boss decided to give me more 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 such as the use of till, counting the stock, placing orders among others.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: I firstly started in Fresh as a baker which involved learning and offer my guidance to customers aboutthe different type of bread and price as well as helping with any other inquiry that would or would notbe part of my position. During this time I obtained knowledge on how to opperate the shop's machinery and quickly developed a good understanding of the importance of product marketing.After a couple of months due to staff shortage I was moved to the position of barista/cashier.I quickly developed an excellent use of the till machine, handle of money and various goods. As I kept going from one position to another I obtained a throughout insight of the store's entire lay out, being able to help other peers in different areas not direclty related to my position. In the begginig it was stressing since I had not been able to spend a long time in a position before they moved me around, however this helped me to further developed my ability to perform simultaneous tasks and becoming more adaptable and resourceful.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: As the Judiciary power decides whether an activity deemed as ilegal has infringed or not the law and determines the sanction to be imposed upon the responsable person(s). he whole process revolves around an investigation conducted by the district attorney, which describes facts and the degree of culpability. I was in charge of receiving the attorney's investigation and deciding whether it was conducted according to law and resolving to initiate the legal process or discard it. Every single decision made by the Jurisdiccional body need to written and lawful. Redacting legal resolutions, deal with prople being processed, follow up legal situations, analyze files and archives was carried out on daily basis. I gained a great deal of confidence and autonomy since everything that the judge would sign off had to be produced by me.There is a need for secrecy and the utmost diligency working there, since the most favourable outcome depended on how well and knowledable of the law the legal secretary is.Due to the complexity and the fact that every case requires a deep insight I further developed my 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 and 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 skills required for this job as well as a deep understanding of the 𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 manner at which many teams work.
