 Meeting with sales associates and clients to implement space planning; picking furniture, decorative pieces and accessories; specifying materials, finishes, lighting and flooring Coming up with a design plan, using computer-aided-design (CAD), and a budget estimate Project management: presenting the design plan and budget to the client and then revising the design plan, setting timeline for the project, supervising the project to ensure correct installation, accomplishing deadline Following up with the client upon the project's completion to make sure he or she is satisfied, and if not, making any necessary corrections Create contemporary, high-end and luxury areas; kitchens, closets, bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and more to meet very demanding expectations of Interior Designers, Architects and end customers.

- Provide consultative sales to high-end market clientele, conduct in-depth needs analysis, establish client’s expectations and budgets - Design contemporary Italian and European kitchens, closets and bathrooms designs for highly discerning clients; offer creative solutions, mixing functionality and design with top-spec materials to deliver the ultimate statement in style and fashion - Create in-house designs for the firm - Develop new business by executing intensive marketing efforts, managing store events/promotions and networking; cultivate key business relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers and contractors to increase sales and build brand awareness - Provide estimates and negotiate sales contracts; coordinate jobs with contractors; perform quality assurance follow-up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction - Met and achieved monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
