Still allocated to the “Passei Direto” product/business unit (after merged by Grupo UOL), my focus is:- Adapt AI to improve the user experience in relation to content creation, focusing on MUV (Monthly Unique Visitors) and Attach Rate (conversion and impact on revenue);- Contribute to the dissemination of the product vision inside and outside the squad in which I work;- Conduct team ceremonies with developers, designers and data analysts, ensuring the execution of the roadmap;- Suggest new features, contribute to strategic planning and help prioritize activities;- Understand the needs and requirements of the product before and after delivery;- Monitor results of deliveries made and other indicators that can contribute to the product strategy;- Participate in the discovery process: research carried out with customers (internal and external) both in preparing questions and collecting answers (interviews), and in tabulating results (data analysis);- Provide support in carrying out tests on the product;- Carry out documentary research and benchmarking in order to study business opportunities and competitive assessment;- Investigate opportunities based on feedback provided for Customer Success Team.
