As an instructor (Line Training Captain) training experienced and inexperienced captains and first officers directly on the aircraft. The emphasis is always on safety, clear communication and following procedures. In addition, I test and assess the knowledge and skills of the trainee and I guide the trainee to the desired level.

As captain I am responsible for the safe and efficient execution of commercial flights. Managing and building an international team of professionals on board and beyond on a daily basis. Collecting and interpreting large amounts of information (being able to separate essentials and side issues) that are necessary for the execution of a safe flight, not only weather information (weather maps and forecasts), operational flight plans, route, details regarding passengers and cargo, but also during the execution of the flight with regard to interpretation of flight instruments and cooperation with cabin crew and first officer. As part of a flight crew, I am trained to operate efficiently and safely under high pressure and to make the right decisions in times of crisis. In the years as a manager in this dynamic environment my analytical and self-taught skills have matured.

As first officer (co-pilot) one is the second in command on board a commercial aircraft. The co-pilot supports the captain in his decisions and actions during a flight duty. Flight duties are always divided between the captain and co-pilot. Tasks such as flying the aircraft (Pilot Flying / ”PF”) and assisting a flight (Pilot Monitoring / “PM”) are always alternated after each flight.

As a helpdesk employee, the emphasis was on processing relocation messages and answering customer questions by telephone. As a complaint handling employee I was responsible for resolving second-line complaints (complaints that could not be resolved immediately via the helpdesk) and long-term complaints.

Development & Execution of Shows & Concepts. Is engaged in the development and exploitation of (drive-in and road) shows, concepts and implementation of schedules and (artist) agendas. Responsible for and writing an advisory report, describing the various available e-marketing tools that apply to the Desc-Entertainment company and their customers. Advising on internet related matters such as web hosting, website layout and online advertising.
