I did frequent case studies on commercial real estate properties nation wide. Doing mock case presentations acting as a developer trying to generate funding for a commercial real estate property. I did extensive market research, financial modeling, and learned in-depth the ins and out of commercial real estate in the private equity sector. Learning key skills on how to speak, and present to possible investors.

As the Area coordinator at this Urban initiative summer camp, I was responsible for leading, managing, supervising, and supporting 24 girls counselors who in turn took care of 8-12 campers each. I provided guidance, support, and regular feedback to these girl counselors to maintain a high level of performance and enthusiasm among staff members. I also conducted regular performance evaluations for counselors and activity instructors, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

-Gave high-quality educational and recreational experiencs for camp participants. -Led activities and programs to teach and entertain campers. -Arranged and lead various group activities through well-communicated instructions.

As an administrative intern, I worked in several areas within the church. In the family and personal counseling division as well as the young adults division, I implemented a streamlined volunteer on and offboarding system to facilitate the smooth entrance and exit of volunteers. I also conducted bi-monthly meetings with 25 group leader volunteers, fostering ongoing discussions about ministry goals, reviewing expectations, and maintaining the momentum of the team. Another privilege I had was to lead my own group of eighth-grade girls, providing guidance and mentorship.I also played an integral role as a member of the Young Adult directional leadership team, responsible for event planning, overseeing high-level volunteers, and shaping the trajectory of the One Community Church Young Adult Ministry comprising more than 450 individuals.I also learned a lot as an intern. Throughout the 10 months I completed comprehensive coursework covering leadership, spiritual formation, apologetics, and theology.
