Linde Pipeline Business Center (PBC) • DOT/PHMSA Certified• Oversee quality control, adherence to Federal regulations, contract compliance, and efficient use of resources.• Evaluate and implement cost saving opportunities related to power, natural gas, and equipment lineup.• Develop strategies to improve margins while matching downstream demand with upstream costs.• Coordinate with production and sales directors to maximize cost revenue and minimize lost opportunities.• Monitor, control, and regulate all aspects H2, O2, and N2 along 400 hundred miles of pipeline in five states.• Remotely operate equipment to manage system integrity in accordance with DOT, PHMSA, and ISO guidelines.• Maintain pressure & flow rates according to contract requirements via use of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system (SCADA).• Serve as initial contact of “Emergency Action Plan” for eleven different enclaves during pipeline emergency.• Constant verbal and written communications with product management, customers and pipeline technicians in association with: one call reports, system maintenance, power management, and other information as needed.

Commissioning/Process Operations/Training• Clear Lake ATR 492 : Commission and s/up, plant operations of Autothermal Refoming Unit (ATR), cryogenic application, operation and maintenance of associated equipment. • ​Monitoring and reporting environmental data• Meeting local customer contracts and pipeline demands as needed• Monitoring equipment for reliability and performance opportunities• Perform LO/TO's and issue of HWP's.• Assist in training and employee development to improve site reliability.• Aid in model predictive control (MPC) logic testing and implementation to improve site efficiency and reliability.

Commissioning Team/Process Operations• Geismar(SSU HYCO) : Commission and s/up, plant operations of Syngas Separation Unit (SSU), cryogenic application, operation and maintenance of associated equipment.• Developed safe operating procedures (SOP's) for commissioning & normal operations.• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) representative. • ​Monitoring and reporting environmental data• Meeting local customer contracts and pipeline demands as needed• Monitoring equipment for reliability and performance opportunities• Perform LO/TO's and issue of HWP's.

Process operations/Shift Lead for Geismar Site 595 HYCO production facility. Responsible for operation of 3 Steam Methane Reformers , 2 HYCO Coldboxes & Syngas/MEOH unit. Extensive experience with Startup/Shutdowns, TAR organization, hazardous mitigation, productivity improvements, cost savings implementation, capitol project improvements, training/employee development.
