As Assistant Executive Director my duties include daily operations of both centers of ADS - Dorothy's Place and Grashot Center, community outreach, and training. Our training program includes workshops for caregivers, family and professional, on basic dementia, care of those with dementia, caregiver stress, and Dementia Sensitivity Event where we give the participants a simulated experience of what it is like to have dementia (only3-5 minutes).

Responsible for the operation of Foxbridge Assisted Living Community which has five cottages of 24 apartments each with a different level of care for basic assistance to secure memory care.

Responsible for all fundraising for this local nonprofit that provides a safe and stimulating enviornment for those with Alzheimer's and related dementia Monday - Friday.
