Current- Currently working as part of the IT Helpdesk/Service desk team for the medical device company Applied Medical. Regular job duties include providing technical support for team members, deploying equipment, and network.
- Provided issue resolution and handled escalations through the company ticketing system and over phone, supporting team members in person and remotely.
- Regularly created and maintained company-wide user and email accounts using Active Directory and Exchange Management Console as part of the onboarding process for new employees and team members
- Regularly imaged and deployed PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones, Android smartphones and other devices to company employees and team members.
- Regularly performed setup and troubleshooting of company routers, switches, and VOIP telephony systems as part of the company’s MDF/IDF.
- Accurately documented troubleshooting steps taken during interactions with team members as related to issue isolation and followed up with team members to ensure recommended solutions provided lasting results.
