With this insight I then developed a programme of change supported by specific governance. This programme is in flight and delivering throughout the remainder of 2013 into early 2014.• Risk Framework – Including RCSA, and identification and tracking of in process risk. Leading the OAM stream for a directorate wide strategic project designing and implementing a new Risk Framework. Providing a core advisory role at a strategic level to ensure that the complexity of regulation around arrears for all retail banking products (Secured and Unsecured) and all master servicer arrangements is catered for and understood. Leading the change team delivering and embedding within all OAM operations to ensure a successful implementation.Role Summary:A core member of and adviser to the OAM senior leadership team, providing subject matter expertise on all areas related to Risk and Regulatory requirements. Working and advising within a complex environment of multiple product, regulation, and operational system and models.
