As an apprenticeship role, I had to complete my daily tasks in this position alongside studying and completing tests for my IT & Telecommunications qualification through QA.I would regularly go on visits to various work sites to assist with IT issues and equipment upgrades, which meant that I would sometimes be required to adhere to strict and varying health & safety guidance.I was also involved in some major IT equipment transition projects that would span weeks, being personally involved in the initialising of all new workstations and then in the on-site installation and cable management.
