Current- Oversee the technical aspects of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, promoting continuous learning and development.Spearhead the design and review of new features, ensuring adherence to high-quality coding and design standards.- Facilitate agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.- Manage and prioritize the technical backlog, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely delivery of projects.- Drive the adoption of technical best practices and coding standards across the team.- Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation.- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.- Identify and mitigate technical and security risks, ensuring robust and secure software solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and decision-making.- Continuously assess and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities.- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and architecture diagrams.
