Intermediate Designer/Job Captain - Directed and collaborated on commercial, residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects; through schematic design development and construction document phases. Designed and drafted custom plans for residential remodel additions, tenant improvements, custom millwork and furnishings. Projects required not only a thorough understanding of existing building structures but also advanced knowledge in Revit, Autocad, SketchUp, Illustrator and Photoshop. Piazza design & layout in Little Italy. Contributions include; creative input design alongside one on one client communication, attending community meetings, managing multiple change orders for various educational facilities, presentation illustrations.

Collaborated with office designers to create a community tower and multiple single family residences. Residential facade design based on material composition, along with window and door type specifications (AutoCAD). Drafting plan, elevation drawings and red mark corrections (AutoCAD). Awarded 1st place in office Christmas card competition design (Hand Sketch). 3D Community tower model using construction documents (SketchUp).
