"Segmentation of the Supply Chain according to stock-levels and stock-destinations of the CR-pump at Grundfos Management A/S".The overall idea was to perform a segmentation of four product-ranges of the Grundfos CR-pump at three levels: Stock Keeping Units, Assembly Ready Components and Critical Parts, in order to improve Customer Satisfaction by means of Delivery Time and Response-Rate.A 3D-segmentation was performed based on (historical) data from Grundfos SAP Business Warehouse, which gave proof that an increase in Stock Levels would increase the Service Level accordingly; improving the Customer Satisfaction Rate and boosting Sales, comparing the Customer-Rejection-Rate of Proposed-Delivery-Date and the Able-To-Promise-Date.Grundfos is - as a result of the outcome of my Master's Thesis - now using multiple Segmentation Factors to increase success of Segmentation.

Was seated as chairman in Aalborg Studenternes Idrætsforening's football-department, which also meant I was a part of the board of the mother-association in Aalborg Studenternes Idrætsforening.
