Workforce Planning Solutions Partner/Sr. Director
CurrentWorkforce Strategic Partner responsibilities consist of Workforce Planning (WFP) Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for leading Digital and Infrastructure Pactice Global workforce strategy, planning, and tracking/reporting. Work closely with the delivery organization to execute our workforce strategy for our Digital Transformation Practice that will help our organization scale and support our Workforce of the Future. Conduct research and analysis using workforce data and external insights to help leaders understand and strategically plan around key workforce trends and topics.Specific responsibilities include:* Assist with preparation of metrics reports showing trends and forecasts for review by the leadership team on a weekly/monthly basis* Working with Corporate Human Resources in the managing of human resource manuals, policies and procedures. Also assisting with Mergers & Acquisitions as they are identified* Work together with the Managing Director to maintain salary, bonus and benefits programs with consistency and stability across region* Working with Managing Director and RPALS in the development and management of human resources plans to ensure appropriate staffing and capacity management
