NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge) - Overseeing the warehouse team• Reverse Logistics Management including but not limited to: - Processing Lost, Theft, Destroyed, Damaged Reports (LTDDRs) - Processing assets that are deemed repairable (including LAIRCM) - Processing assets that are deemed unrepairable and conducting the disposalprocess via Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO) - Processing Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) - Processing assets that are allowed to be sold via the World Wide RedistributionService (WWRS)• Conducting, in coordination with NSPA Technician (Logistics) and the Contractor LogisticsSupport (CLS), the bi-annual inventory check of all Property, Plant & Equipment and stocksas well as the quarterly checks on weapons and mission ammunition• Using SAP Material Management module for inventory management, order processing, dataanalysis, goods receipts and goods issue of the incoming cargo• Verifying customer requests to ensure the correct data is introduced into SAP MM module• Upon request generate database and statistical analyses• Asset management• Monitoring stock levels, establish reordering points and place orders as needed• Update or generate new desk instructions and working procedures• Generating presentations, reports, databases and statistics• Outsourcing the requested items and services in the US Foreign Military Sales and Non-FMS systems• Check if items and assets authorization and data records of storage locations are correct• Interact with the CLS contractor to check the data for items and assets including the stockbalance.• Distributing supplies to different departments• Preparing all shipment documents (including HAZMAT – Shipper’s Declaration)• Executing other related tasks as required
