Designs and manages data collection systems, processes, and procedures. Analyzes and synthesizes program data according to staff, program, and funding needs. Produces compelling graphics and verbal explanations of data for use with various audiences. Provides technical assistance to Teen Success, Inc. staff and partners on databases, data collection procedures, and continuous learning and evaluation efforts. Monitors data input from partners. Maintains expert knowledge on databases, surveys, and program outcomes. Supports Program Improvement Team to develop and implement an annual learning agenda. Uses data to foster continuous learning and improvement strategies. Provides professional development for staff to grow in their role.

Supports cohort of up to 15 young moms in their journey, with a focus on building two generations (mother and child) simultaneously. Through 1:1 talks, builds rapport with members and shares resources and tools. Assists members with eliminating barriers to education for high school and encourages members to pursue secondary education. Facilitates the Peer Learning Support (PLS) group, and develops activities for growth, sharing, and support.Focuses on building community relationships through outreach and recruitment. Fosters positive relationships with partner agencies and Community Based Organizations. Uses data to establish program success, inform decisions, and build partnerships.

Facilitated virtual afterschool program via Zoom. Collaborating with a team of 5 team leads, operated an engaging and academically supportive daily, 3.5 hour program. Program was centrally focused on themes of cultural diversity, mental wellness, and CASEL Core Competencies. Communicated and coordinated with parents/guardians, district staff, students, and team leads about program updates and expectations, including virtual events, behavioral concerns, material distribution, and the implementation of the '21 summer program. Member of Summer Planning Committee and Initiatives Committee.

Storm Water Monitor, Assistant Manager: Provides on-site inspections for construction projects in northern California. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Water sampling/testing, data entry, resource for new staff, assists in training, department development, assists Consulting Supervisor in tasks and responsibilities. Social Media Manager: Coordinates, creates, and manages social media accounts with the assistance of others for photos and promotion opportunities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Creating content, photography, and developing marketing materials/strategies.
