Designs and manages data collection systems, processes, and procedures. Analyzes and synthesizes program data according to staff, program, and funding needs. Supports cohort of up to 15 young moms in their journey, with a focus on building two generations (mother and child) simultaneously. Through 1:1 talks, builds rapport with members and shares resources and tools. Assists members with eliminating barriers to education for high school and encourages members to pursue secondary education. Facilitates the Peer Learning Support (PLS) group, and develops activities for growth, sharing, and support.Focuses on building community relationships through outreach and recruitment. Fosters positive relationships with partner agencies and Community Based Organizations. Uses data to establish program success, inform decisions, and build partnerships.

Facilitated virtual afterschool program via Zoom. Collaborating with a team of 5 team leads, operated an engaging and academically supportive daily, 3.5 hour program. Program was centrally focused on themes of cultural diversity, mental wellness, and CASEL Core Competencies. Communicated and coordinated with parents/guardians, district staff, students, and team leads about program updates and expectations, including virtual events, behavioral concerns, material distribution, and the implementation of the '21 summer program.
