Oversee training being delivered to employees within the collection center. Performs the orientation process for new hires, provides guidance to employees, and educates others of changes coming to the industry via SOP updates. Follow BPL guidelines to deliver training in an effective and efficient manner. Verify that employees are competent in the material being presented to them, and also responsible for final sign off on certain tasks being performed by employees. Organize and maintain training documents in applicable binders and folders, also including scanning of documents to organize into dropbox for regional access. Optimize the training experience by providing an upbeat and supportive atmosphere, welcoming questions and view points from all angles to help further educate and grow as a team. Create training sessions for in house training to be used as an optimization of a process, delivering a center practice, and also delivering training as a form of corrective action. Coach and counsel employees when improper training is found. Communicate with center leadership to ensure training requirements are met across the board. Ensure OSHA training is performed initially and annually there after for employees to comply with FDA/OSHA/cGMP requirements.

Ensure employees are performing competently under the direction of the company standard operating procedures. Follow guidelines set in place by the FDA, MHRA, PPTA, and ensure plasma collections are compliant with EU customers. Manage inventory and shipment of product out of the center to our customers. Maximize the shipments by proper inventory management to reduce the product "days on hand." Reduce waste by delivering a superior training experience to employees to eliminate avoidable hazards. Trained in the three main production areas: Reception Technician: performs the intake process of the prospective plasma donors. Obtain vitals signs, hematocrit and total protein for the donor to ensure all are within range per company procedures to ensure donor safety and product safety. Performs intake of new donors, ensuring donor demographics are entered accurately and educate the prospective donors on the donation process. Phlebotomist: Perform the setup of the plasmapheresis machine, perform the venipuncture, and complete the disconnect process of the donor during the plasmapheresis process. Ensure donor safety with effective donor monitoring and responding to donor reactions if they should occur. Trained to be very calm in a very fast paced and stressful environment with a donor floor of 30+ beds with constant bed turnover. Processing: Perform the processing of the plasma bottle collected on the donor floor. Processing includes: scanning the bottle into the processing system to obtain sampling labels, draw appropriate labeled tubes from the bottle via vacutainer, and seal the bottle carefully to be placed into the freezer. Performs the sending of samples to the appropriate testing laboratories. Employee Relations and performance management duties.

I oversaw designing and operations of a haunted attraction located on an ore boat in Duluth MN. I am also a special effects makeup artist for the haunt as of 2008. Oversight of makeup department and makeup artists. Responsible for fast turnout of actors preparing for their shift. Construct, paint, and create the scenes of the haunt with the haunted crew team. Often interviewed by news stations prior to the haunt season, also promoting the makeup work.
