Ayaan has graduated with a Bachelor's of Law Degree from the University of Mumbai and has experience working and advising in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters before the Bombay High Court, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, City Civil Court and National Company Law Tribunal. He is presently pursuing his Masters of Law with Amity Law School. He has worked with Banks, NBFCs and Corporate houses as well as individual clientele. He presently assists in dealing with Commercial Suits and extends his support in dispute resolution matters. He also has experience working in the Real Estate Sphere and Testamentary/ Succession matters as well as Contract Drafting and vetting of Loan Documents.
