I am a cross functional legal and people management Professional with diverse progressive people management experience including; litigation; Change Management, Organisational Design, HR compliance and best practices , HR infrastructure, policy and procedure development. Experience in acting as a business partner by understanding the support requirements of the business units and delivering in such a way as to prove how effective people management positively affects the bottom line. In addition to practicing as an Advocate, with the advent of the 4IR, the usage of data personal data has embedded how business operates, I am involved in the legal consulting space where I assist organisations to comply with applicable privacy/data protection laws and to mitigate privacy and regulatory risk.
