I started my career in the year 2008, under Mr. Bansidhar Baug where I was exposed to civil and revenue matters and learnt the nuances of trial court practice. I, then joined the illustrious chamber of Mr. Surjyakanta Padhi, Senior Advocate and shifted from practice from trial courts to Orissa High Court. During the stint as an Associate, I honed my skills in drafting, submission, and court craft.Over the course of the last 16 years, I have represented some of the leading Private Corporations of the Country and various State Owned PSUs in a wide array of matters in the realm of Contract, Service, Company, Real Estate, Mining, Transportation, Tender and others. These representations have been in various legal forums including Hon'ble High Court of Odisha, NCLT Cuttack Bench, State and District level Consumer Forum, DRT, ORERA, OREAT, Arbitration Tribunals, Commercial courts and District courts.In 2016, I have founded SM Law Chambers where we specialise in Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate Advisory and Due Diligence.
