I have special expertise in conducting recovery plans and turn around process to distressed companies so as providing litigation support in financial & business aspects (such as expert opinions and other).As the head of the Euro- Asia desk, I lead cross border transactions and provide financial advisory services to foreign companies, private equities, governmental ministries, financial institutions and entrepreneurs that operates at these territories. in addition I lead the executive compensation practice in BDO consulting.I am a city council member of Kiryat Bialik and have a deep understanding and specific expertise in providing financial and operational consulting services to local municipalities, and governmental ministries. I am a lecturer on behalf of Bar Ilan University in Directors' training courses and engaged in various legal fields of labor and civil law.I am a certified lawyer, holds B.A. in Economics and LL.B in Law.
