With a passion for criminal law and environmental conservation, I have developed a diverse skill set that enables me to make a positive impact in the legal profession.As a specialist in criminal law research, I have worked on several cases dealing with the Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, and Prevention of Corruption Act. I have also prepared and produced transcripts of cases as requested by court or counsel and managed interaction and correspondence with private sector litigants, attorneys, support staff, paralegals, as well as judges and court personnel.One of my greatest achievements was assisting in the formulation of judgments in landmark cases though which I learned about civil laws also like Motor Vehicle Act and Delhi Land Reforms Act, which helped me advise the Hon'ble Judge.In addition to my work in criminal law, I have also interned with the National Legal Services Authority, Delhi State Legal Services Authority, and WWF-India. These internships allowed me to gain valuable experience in child welfare, alternative dispute resolution, and environmental conservation.As a legal researcher and drafter, I am detail-oriented and receptive to training and new ideas. I am also adaptable to new emergent and dynamic technology in the digital space, and a team player who can effectively manage resources at a social level.In my free time, I enjoy reading contemporary judgments, familiarizing myself with upcoming technology, singing and playing musical instruments, and playing cricket.I am fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages like Bagri and Khari Boli.I am excited to connect with fellow legal professionals and learn from the diverse experiences and perspectives of the LinkedIn community.
